RAW Pumpkin Pie Apple Dip with MUIR Energy Cashew Vanilla

The holidays are here and after so much time cooped up, people are excited to get together! We know you might have a full schedule on your hands, so we wanted to share this SUPER easy, delicious, and healthy recipe perfect for parties.  

Honestly, it’s so tasty you’ll forget it’s actually good for you, too.

Ingredients: 

  • 3 packs MUIR Energy Cashew Vanilla
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup pecan or walnut pieces, divided in 2 into 2 x ½ cups
  • 3 medium apples, sliced



Spices

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • dash of  clove
  • dash of allspice 


Empty the pumpkin puree into a medium to large sized mixing bowl.

Add the MUIR Energy Cashew Vanilla, ½ cup of the walnut or pecan pieces, and all of the spices.

Feel free to omit or add more of any spice! This recipe is very forgiving…

Mix everything together with a silicone spatula until well combined.

Use the spatula to transfer the pumpkin dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the other ½ cup of walnut or pecan pieces on top. You can garnish with a little more cinnamon if you like!

Use the apple slices to scoop up the delicious pumpkin pie dip and enjoy!
